What this covers

The quote form

A name, a postcode, an email address, and whatever you tell us about the work. It goes to one inbox at the yard.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while we are quoting and for a year afterwards, because people often come back the following spring. Say so if you would rather we deleted yours sooner.

Site visits

If we visit, we take measurements and photographs so that we can price the job. They are used for that and for our own records of what we built. We will not publish a photograph of your garden without asking.

Cookies

Nothing here sets a cookie. If a booking tool or a map goes in later, that changes and so does this section.

Seeing what we hold

Telephone the yard or write to the address on the contact page. We will put the answer in writing.
